Appointments

Appointments can be made either in person, by telephone when the surgery is open or online using Emis Access (see below). Usually you will be offered a telephone triage call prior to a face to face appointment. Emergency cases will always be seen the same day.

All surgeries are by appointment.

Book Your Appointments Online

Before you can start booking GP appointments online you must first register your details for this service.

It is quick and easy to register. You will need to complete our Register for Online Services form, and then come into the surgery with some identification (eg driving licence, passport etc). You will then be given the relevant details to enable you to set up an account and use the system.

Once registered you will be able to view any appointments you have already made, cancel them if necessary, or book a new appointment with the doctor.

When you book an appointment online you will receive confirmation which you can print off and bring with you when you attend the surgery. There is no need to reconfirm. Click on the picture below to book your appointment online.

Please note that not all procedures are performed by a doctor, for example smear tests are performed by our practice nurse.

If you are unsure whether you need a GP or nurse appointment, please ring and speak to our reception team.

Telephone Advice

There may be times when you do not need an appointment but would like to seek some advice or discuss a concern with the doctor.

At these times you can ring and ask our reception team to arrange for the doctor to call you back.

Generally all advice calls are arranged to take place at the end of surgery.
