We are a friendly GP surgery located in South Reading, with a patient population of approximately 6500. We require an experienced and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our team.
The ideal nurse should have previous experience in wound care, cytology, immunisation and vaccination programmes, health check & screening as well as general nursing duties. Experience of chronic disease management in diabetes is essential.
Part-time/Flexible hours are available. Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
